Westover Hills Twinkles with Holiday Spirit

The judges of WHNA’s annual Holiday Décor Contest thank everyone for clearly working so hard to make our neighborhood sparkle with Christmas cheer this holiday season. It was another very enjoyable season to drive through the community to judge the contest, and we wish to congratulate not just these winners but indeed all whose holiday decorations brighten Westover Hills. About the WHNA

Since 1978, the Westover Hills Neighborhood Association has worked to preserve, protect, and improve the quality of life in Westover Hills, a thriving community established in southwest Richmond in 1924. The Westover Hills Neighborhood Association offers a forum for residents to share new ideas and provides a unified voice for residents when communicating concerns and requests to city officials. Meetings, when they can safely resume, are held the second Tuesday of each month and are open to all neighbors.
