Westover Hills Home Tour: 5404 New Kent

This house is not even finished yet, but you’ll want to see it on the Westover Hills Home Tour (Sunday May 5 from 1 to 5 p.m.) When construction is complete, 5404 New Kent will stand proud among some of Richmond’s most spectacular homes with museum-inspired clean lines, gallery-quality lighting, and impeccable finishes inside and out. The minimalist kitchen, “floating bridge” mezzanine office, massive cathedral ceilings, and 500-square-foot first-floor master suite with direct access to the rear outdoor living space will come together to provide a truly unmatched living experience. Unique features such as a hidden passageway door to the master bedroom, a full-glass entry vestibule, and a floating wood-burning fireplace will be the centerpiece of conversations with family and guests. And there’ll be a 2-car pavilion carport and low maintenance exterior. Click here for advance purchase home tour tickets, or buy then the day of the tour starting at 12:30 p.m.at 5005 New Kent.

I purchased tickets at Westover Station a week or so ago. When will I receive the tickets? I was told that they would be emailed to me? Thanks for your help.

About the WHNA

Since 1978, the Westover Hills Neighborhood Association has worked to preserve, protect, and improve the quality of life in Westover Hills, a thriving community established in southwest Richmond in 1924. The Westover Hills Neighborhood Association offers a forum for residents to share new ideas and provides a unified voice for residents when communicating concerns and requests to city officials. Meetings, when they can safely resume, are held the second Tuesday of each month and are open to all neighbors.
