Home Tour: 5216 Caledonia has it all!

Be sure to check out 5216 Caledonia on the 2019 Westover Hills Home Tour, May 5 from 1 to 5 p.m. This craftsman home built in 2014 is the perfect marriage of Westover Hills charm and modern conveniences, including large closets, an upstairs laundry, 10-foot ceilings, and an open and spacious downstairs that is perfect for entertaining. The charm is accentuated by beautiful interior design and furnishings, orchestrated by the homeowner herself, an interior decorator and owner of Leah Walder Interiors. With an exceptional creative and artistic eye, she has transformed discarded pieces of yesterday (featuring items found at Habitat ReStore, Goodwill, and on Craigslist), and incorporated them into a beautiful, warm, and aesthetic look and feel in every room. The owner’s love for reinvention extends to the exterior, landscaped beautifully with an assortment of plants and shrubs acquired from friends and neighbors. This may be the first time on tour for these homeowners, but it is not their first home in the neighborhood.

You can buy tickets to the 2019 Westover Hills Home Tour in advance at Westover Station (formerly Cafe Zata) or online right here.  On the day of the tour, tickets will be available at 5005 New Kent Road starting at 12:30 p.m.

About the WHNA

Since 1978, the Westover Hills Neighborhood Association has worked to preserve, protect, and improve the quality of life in Westover Hills, a thriving community established in southwest Richmond in 1924. The Westover Hills Neighborhood Association offers a forum for residents to share new ideas and provides a unified voice for residents when communicating concerns and requests to city officials. Meetings, when they can safely resume, are held the second Tuesday of each month and are open to all neighbors.
