Caroling Monday (Dec. 19) in Westover Hills

Westover Hills neighbors will be spreading holiday cheer by caroling through the streets of our neighborhood on Monday, December 19 at 6:15 p.m. Adults and children are welcome!

For those of you who would like to sing: Please meet at 5210 New Kent Road at 6:15 p.m. for a brief rehearsal. Dress warmly and bring flashlights or other safety lights.

For those of you looking forward to receiving some holiday joy: Simply open your door when you hear a handbell ring and singing from the street.  The group will gather in the street, in the hopes of spreading cheer to several homes at a time.

The planned route will begin on New Kent, followed by Caledonia, King William, Sylvan, Devonshire, and then back to New Kent. We will be concentrating this year on the 5100 and 5200 blocks of those streets.

About the WHNA

Since 1978, the Westover Hills Neighborhood Association has worked to preserve, protect, and improve the quality of life in Westover Hills, a thriving community established in southwest Richmond in 1924. The Westover Hills Neighborhood Association offers a forum for residents to share new ideas and provides a unified voice for residents when communicating concerns and requests to city officials. Meetings, when they can safely resume, are held the second Tuesday of each month and are open to all neighbors.
